UPS Ground:
- Purchases are shipped within 24 hours (not including weekends) from our Bloomfield Hills, MI warehouse, to arrive within 2-7 business days of receipt of the order. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by email or phone. See the UPS Map below.
- Note: Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. We only ship to the contiguous 48 states. We regret that we cannot ship to any other foreign countries.
- If we are out of stock we may have the item dropped shipped from the vendor.
Expedited Shipments:
- Please call for rates for Next day air and 2nd-day air. Please take in consideration that this can be very costly due to the weight of the packages. Oil-based products can only be shipped ground due to combustible liquid regulations.
Damaged Orders:
- Any product that is accidentally damaged causing product loss or equipment failure during shipping will be replaced at no charge after a claim has been made through the shipping company. Cans or pails that are dented during shipment will not be replaced unless leaking. A digital picture will be required.

Hi, I’m in the CA Bay area, I have a 6 year old ipe fence and built in ipe bench that has been stained twice now with the product Cabot Australian Timber Oil. It unfortunately does not last very long. It was stained first on lightly sanded new wood, the 2nd time I cleaned it with Penofin wood cleaner and lightly sanded, then stained. To now use your ipe stain, can I just clean and sand as I did previously or would some additional prep be required?

Not sure what you mean. There is no classification when crossing the border. It is VOC compliant for Canada but it is not required to include that.
